E1011 – SIMS reports failed to produce outputs

The following report(s) have failed to produce outputs:- 
[report list] 
Possible causes are:- 
– Report definition not imported into SIMS 
– No results found 
– System resources exceeded

Explanation

The Genie has successfully communicated with SIMS but no output has been received from one or more of the reports.
Please check that the report has been imported into SIMS.

Check that results would be produced using the parameters entered on the Welcome Page.

The report may have exceeded the resources on the workstation and timed out.

Check all of the above, try running the Genie again.  If the problem persists contact us.

Solution

In most cases this is caused by the reports being missing from SIMS. Please re-import the report package into SIMS. This can be done via Reports | Import, please see out setup guide for more details instructions.
