Attendance Columns (Red)

% Absences Total session absence marks divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks
% Authorised Total session authorised absence marks divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks
% Unauthorised Total session unauthorised absence marks divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks
% Holidays (F,G & H) Total holiday absences divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks.  Includes codes F, G and H
% Lates Total session late marks divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks
% Attendance Total session present marks divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks
% of Group with 90% Attendance or Less (PA) No. of PA students divided by the No of students in group
% Attendance of PA Group Total session present marks (of the PA students) divided by the sum of total session absence and present marks (of the PA students)
% of Group’s Overall Absence for which PAs are responsible Total session absence marks (of the PA Students) divided by the total session absence marks (of the relevant group)

Exclusion Columns (Orange)

Fixed Term Exclusions as a % of Student Group Total number of fixed term exclusions divided by the number of students in the group.
FTEs – No. of St Students with 1+ as a % of Student Group Total number of students with one or more fixed term exclusions divided by the number of students in the group.
FTEs – No. of St Students with 2+ as a % of Student Group Total number of students with two or more fixed term exclusions divided by the number of students in the group.
Permanent Exclusions as % of Student Group Total number of permanent exclusions divided by the number of students in the group.
